This program was developed by a Physical Therapist. It provides you with a Physical Therapist's perspective on motor learning with skill acquisition as it relates to learning the golf swing. It was designed to be a systematic approach providing you with an organized path to help you figure out where you are starting from, where you want to be, and how you will get there. This roadmap to success helps you understand that how you practice matters. It will show you how to practice with a purpose to get the results you want.
